1、学会冷血,只对对我好的人好,对某些人,简直就是浪费感情又浪费时间。


2、学会比以前快乐,即使难过,也要微笑着,让别人看不穿你的伤心。


3、学会孤独,没有谁会把你当宝护着,要知道世界总是孤单的,地球也只有一个啊,它都寂寞那么久了,我们算什么。

最後的一天

是的,今天是我在這間公司的最後一天
心裡是那麼滿滿的不捨。。
可是我除了走之外,我沒其他的選擇了
不知道這次走了後是件好事還是壞事
連我自己都不敢去想。

現在的我只知道,我非常的難過。
可能是有一班一起出生入死的好同事吧。
一起去不同的地方上班,但還可以在網上聯繫,你一句我一句的,多麼熱鬧。
更懷念的,可以一起去不同的地方上班,但是還可以集合在一個地方一起吃個午餐。
還有。。 還有太多了。。。
我在想,以後不知還有沒有機會在新的環境還有這樣的機會有一班好同事。
也許我比較重感情吧。也把朋友看得很重,也在很多的事情上都會難以放手。
就是為了那一口氣,我就把信給丟了
也為了鬥氣,和公司要了提早離開。。
其實我有千分的不想啊。。。

以後的日子沒人知道,也沒人猜測到。
就連我自己都沒了自我,迷失了方向。。
就連我的夢想也被關進保險箱裡,鑰匙給弄丟了那樣。

無奈!!唉。。

嗨!!

大家好,我又回来了。
有一阵子都没来写日记了。
先说说心情吧,
这几个星期心情都很不错,
是有些忙,但是还应付得来。
比起她,我还能再努力多点。
正值的就很头痛,老板和顾客每一天要求的都换,怎么做都做不完。
可是副业的就有很大的发展空间。
我也不理了,只要是尽力了,我就终身无愧了。也是被人提醒的。。哈哈哈
但她也是一样哦,别太过劳累哦,做完正值还要去副业,要不然就副业才去正业。
真的很了不起!!如果超人有女版的话,我想她一定是那个女主角。
那我能做的也就是为她打气加油,她工作上得到的满足和快乐,我也会替你感得开心。
不快乐的时,也愿意和她分担。
当然也为她操心得很,尤其是无端端有人要和她想要些东西,心都跳了出来。
希望她老板也在某些事上帮她解决难题。

经过了昨天的会议,我人身有了新目标。
那就是加倍做我的sales了,然后得到我的奖励再和某人分享。
虽说数目不小,时间也不多的。但是要为了美好的将来,付出是应该的。
当然一路上一定会很艰苦,可是我敢去闯,要是一点小困难就放弃,
那还有什么资格做个男人大丈夫,以后怎么抬起一头家。
可是这一切的,需要很多的勇气和支持。希望有看到着篇的人都会为我打气,替我加油的。
但是如果只要有她的支持,那其实也已经足够了一大半。另一小半就剩下我的努力和奋斗了。

就这样吧,以后的日子再和大家分享。
还有一样的是,我很很很期待和她一起去下一个的旅途。。

The Strength of Mindset

A staff complains toward the manager, everything is difficult.
She finds it hard to cope with life, seem a problem just resolve, the new problem appeared again, and she was tired.
The manager brings her into the kitchen.
He goes toward first to pour into some waters in 3 pots, and then puts on the fire.


Water is boiling after while.
He put some carrots in the first pot, put an egg into the second pot, and put some coffee powder into the third pot.
20 minutes later, father off the fire, take out the carrot. Go to the second pot take out the egg, and then ladling up the coffee to a cup.
The manager turned to ask his staff:
‘what do you come in sight of?'
‘Carrot, Egg, and Coffee’ she says.
He lets her come closer to touch the carrot.
She noticed the carrot become soft.
The manager lets the staff take the egg, breaking it, peel the egg shell, this is a cooked egg.
Last, the manager lets her drink a mouthful of coffee.
Taste to the very thick coffee, the staff smile, she asked:
‘what does this mean?'
The manager says three things face same adverse circumstances-boiling water.
But its reflection is not same.
The carrot, before put in to the pot, it is strong and hard, after putting into the boiled water, it become soft, become weak.
The egg is originally crumbly, the very thin outer shell protects the internal organs of the liquid, once the boiled water cook, and the internal organs become hard.
The coffee bean powder then is very special, entering boiling water, they changed the water then.
We can learn how carrot, egg and coffee bean react in the difficulties and adverse circumstances. They can accept defeat, can become stronger, and even can change environment/surrounding.

The manager says:

Your cannot change the environment, but can change yourself;
Your cannot change the fact, but can change an attitude;
Your cannot change the past, but can change the present;
You have no command over others, but can control yourself;
You can't predict tomorrow, but can hold on today;
You can't be doing smooth and well in everything, but can devote your best effort;
You can't change weather, but can change a mood;
You can't change facial appearance, but can emerge with smiling face;

Yes, the mindset sometimes is important compares with others.

Relaxation Techniques to Combat Stress

With the increased pressures of modern life more and more people find it difficult to switch off and relax at the end of the day. This can lead to sleepless nights which creates further anxiety that can make life feel more unbearable.

Eventually this can create a feeling of being overwhelmed or stressed out. However, there are lifestyle changes that you can make in order to reduce your stress and promote relaxation in your life:

1) Get regular massages
We all know about the reputed benefits of a massage in aiding relaxation of the body and mind. Whilst you could get a partner or close friend to give your shoulders, back or feet a good rub down, to truly feel long-term benefits you should enlist the services of a trained professional to give you regular massages.

Don't think of this as an indulgent treat but rather an essential part of your well-being routine. For as well as relaxing the muscles (and making you feel as chilled out as an Eskimo), the benefits of regular massage include improved blood flow and a boosted immune system.

2) Hang up your phone
When you leave the office you need to be able to switch off from work - and that includes your phone! This is important to do as once your work colleagues get into the habit of being able to contact you at all hours they will. Remember, the phone is there for your convenience, not just the caller's.

3) Compile some chillout tunes
Put together or buy a CD of relaxing music to ease your mind and help you switch off from the outside world. Research has shown that even from the womb relaxing/classical music can be beneficial in promoting well-being.

4) Read a good book
Emily Dickinson wrote, " There is no frigate like a book to take us lands away," which is a great way to sum up the way in which reading a good book can help you to get your mind off your worries - if only for a while.

5) Practice yoga
Yoga is a great way to escape from everything going on around by taking you into your own little world. As well as being a good form of working out, it can help you to build your self esteem and confidence, helping you to bring about a positive change in your life.

6) Drink herbal teas
Herbals teas such as peppermint and chamomile make better options than caffeine-infused drinks such as tea and coffee. The key to helping you to adapt your choice is to try different types until you find flavours which suit your taste buds. Many varieties are now widely supplied at most supermarkets.

7) Eat Right
All too often, and perhaps because of the hype of all the fad diets out there, people underestimate the impact of diet on our health and well-being. Simple steps such as cutting down on caffeine, alcohol and food high in fat or calories can produce beneficial effects such as helping you to feel healthier and less highly strung out or irritable.

8) Work Out
Now we're not talking about hours every day or "going for the burn." If you haven't exercised for a while you will want to take it easy and start off with manageable sessions. As well as the physical benefits of exercise, regular sessions can help to reduce your anxiety levels as "feel good" hormones are released.

9) Breathe
It's just like they say when you have a moment in which you feel you're going to have a meltdown. Take a deep breath and count to ten. Whilst this is a good start, you should aim to set aside time to sit down relax and focus on your breathing to the point that it slows down and feel more in control.

10) Get back to basics
Escape the hustle and bustle of your everyday stresses and strains by getting out to the countryside or a place close to nature. This can often provide the space you need to clear your mind, find focus and perhaps inspiration.

好久又没来放字了。
其实我真的好开心的,
有时还真的甜得睡不着。
上个星期去了关单三日游。
我还真想说这是最棒的一次。
我都时常和朋友们说,去哪里玩/吃一点都不重要,
最重要的是和谁去。这次和一位很特别的人去了那里。
感觉完全不一样。真的很感谢他的到来。
我真的很珍惜这次的旅途。
虽然一路上有少许的失望和可惜,
但是这个行程以足够满足我的小心灵。希望你也一样。

你知道吗,那半夜的电话,和你告诉我的那一番话。
我真的很很很开心。。。
心里的快乐和甜蜜老早就把我溶化掉了。

叫我要怎么不重视你。

其实你们知道吗,我出远程真的会挂念一些人的。
虽说和好友出了去公干,但是我拼没有把他视为享受。
反而觉得折磨呢,因为身在远处,但是心老早就在某些地方。
工作后就回房睡和等下个吃的。
直到要回到了家才安心。
心想一回家就给个电话他,可是还没到家,电话就响起了。

一看电话显示,笑容从心底里漏了出来,笑着听电话。

爸打来也敷衍快答两句就盖电话。

心灵之声

不知不觉才发现自己很久没回来整理啦。
情绪起起落落的,
真的不是很好玩。
真希望一切都会顺利的完成。
我们所计划的,所放下的心血和时间。
和我们的期待和盼望,一一都投了进去。
所想的不就只是一个开心。
所盼的不就只是一个快乐。
暂时可以把所有的烦恼,悲伤都抛于脑后。
虽然说,去不成了新洲。有点遗憾。
但是也不完全坏到完。
去不成远的,至少还有近的。
没了一个他,至少还有另一个在。
至少。。。至少还有妳。。。。
希望这次会是一个快乐的旅途,让人没齿难忘,流连忘返!!

今天开会后的最后一个结尾短片,真的很感人。
说的是,飞机的发明不是翅膀和引擎,反而是敢去想!
游泳健将自小是个过动儿但是就是个天生体质差的儿童。他夺了多面金牌,也是他的努力和奋斗!他说“我只是睡觉,吃,游泳”。
一个五官普通引不起别人注意的男人,尽然敢站上了一个有万多观众的歌台上,以他的歌声,感动全场。
只要我们敢想,敢梦,敢做!!什么都不是难题。
记得要相信自己才华,自己的眼光,自己的选择。
就算是多么的辛苦,不同的曲折,别人的眼光,都不把这些放进眼里。
绝对不可以让它们成为我们的绊脚石!!
敢敢的去追自己的梦想!!到后来一定是值得去骄傲的。。
我会很努力和积极的去奋斗。。。希望妳也是一样。。。

送給那些經常笑,但不經常開心的人

總有一些人,他們看上去整天都很開心,沒有煩惱,像個小孩,好多人都會羨慕他們,但其實不是這樣的。他們不想讓別人看到自己難過的一面,更沒有能力一個人獨處,因為當夜深人靜的時候,他不知道一個人會發生什麽事,坐在窗前冥想走過的點滴。­

他們貌似很堅強,因為在別人看來,他們什麽事都能微笑著去面對,但事實上他們長著世界上最脆弱的心靈,只是長期的偽裝使得別人很難發現他們內心深處的創傷。­

他們只想簡簡單單、快快樂樂的活著,期待並且相信每個人給的笑容都是真心的,希望身邊的人都是真正的喜歡自己。即使別人小小的意見,也會另他們難過好久,他們真的真的很介意,介意自己不被人喜歡。因為,他們總是為別人想的很多,對別人總是比對自己好;把能對喜歡的人好當做幸福,喜歡別人比喜歡自己多。­

他們總是那樣,前一秒還傷心的流著淚,後一秒出現在朋友面前的時候,已經滿臉溢著燦爛的笑容。有人說她們是向日葵,是的,他們在意的人就像是太陽,在面對太陽的時候永遠是明艷的花瓣,而太陽照不到的背面,那悲傷藏得那麽好,不願被看見。­

他們向往放縱自由的生活,卻必須為了誰很努力的朝另外的一個方向活著,很累很累,卻仍是心甘情願。離自己的夢境越來越來遠,不得不面對從未想過的爭奪和復雜,恐慌、不知所措。只有面對最信賴的人時,才會卸下盔甲,委屈的流下眼淚。因為在他們心裏,笑就是開心,哭就是難過,接近就是喜歡,遠離就是討厭。但其實不是,他們明白了,心好傷,眼淚就沒忍住。哭過之後,笑笑得擦幹眼淚,說,沒關系,我可以做的很好的。­

他們好像無所不能,好像總是不會有煩惱,好像什麽問題都能輕而易舉的解決,總是喜歡喜歡出現在流淚的人面前,笑嘻嘻的逗著笑。而面對自己的問題,他們卻茫然無措,面對自己的悲傷,他們只會躲在人們看不見的角落裏慢慢由傷口越裂越大。­

他們的想法非常簡單,說出來的就是心裏所想的,肚子裏不會拐七道八道的小彎,無心的話可能會引起別人的誤解。所以,請別記恨她們,他們從不願傷害誰,小小的錯誤就能讓他們懊悔很久。­
他們其實非常單純,甚至你曾經給了他一個微笑她也會一輩子記得你的好,因此他們的世界觀其實也很簡單,他們很容易受蠱惑 ,請不要輕易的傷害他們的感情,因為一旦傷害了,那就將永遠彌補不回來! 如果你身邊有這種人請你給予他(她)那怕是鳳毛麟角的那點關懷,讓他(她)知道這個世界沒有拋棄他們.....
